In charge of the Scientific Department, with a team of medical writers and statistics also under my direction. I was the senior scientific, medical, safety and regulatory consultant for the whole team (external and internal) addressing all aspects including regulatory factors, feasibility assessments, and the whole team involved in clinical operations (CTAs and CRAs), project managers (CRO and client), data managers, statisticians and medical writers. I was also in charge of the Key Opinion Leaders relationship.

The broad and all-encompassing nature of these tasks have provided a complete overview, starting from the initial proposal by the marketing or technical dept of the Pharma companies, following by all the different activities involved in the CRO services and also building and maintaining relationships with all scientific, clinical, medical and marketing individuals involved.
